Over the past 10 years I have developed a strong network of Contract Business Analysts and Contract Project Managers. Many of them have now become good personal friends.

I am often asked by Agents or Employers if I know of a good Contract Business Analyst with a particular area of expertise. Without thinking too hard I can normally suggest the best person for the role. I give them a ring and see if they are available.

It is great to place someone in your network but even if they are not available it is good to know they thought to recommed you for the role. This is not about nominal financial rewards for recommeding a contractor - the value is knowing they may return the favour one day and help you find your next contract.

As Contractors help each other using this Blog the network will expand. My hope is those that benefit from this Blog will recommend it to others so the network grows from strength to strength.
